"I think more of it has gone in than they realise, and with all the weekly repeated reminder / recap discussions about worries (background, how it shows up/feels, types of worry and tools etc) I think they now really understand what worry is, how their bodies signal worry to them, and what tools they have to help them self-regulate. It's also great that they understand that worries are natural, everyone gets them and that its the body's way of trying to keep you safe."
